Terra
This is the home of one of Chiang Mai’s culinary destinations. Terra - comprising The Farmers' Bar and Farmers & Co shop - is a gastronomic farm establishment highlighting organic produce from Thai highlands.
Set in a farmhouse amidst the botanic grounds with a dining room in a working greenhouse, the restaurant is also home to a 135-year-old bar.
The Terra ("soil" in Latin) cooking concept comes from a tradition that is defined by soil, weather, environmental factors, and culture. The aim is to showcase the best of northern Thailand’s cool-climate highland produce that is one of the country’s best-kept secrets.
Sourcing the produce as close to the kitchen door as possible whilst also training and employing local teams, and ensuring that Terra’s core values of sustainability and responsible tourism are adhered to.
Guests at the villa will be catered by Terra culinary team for their breakfast, afternoon snacks, and other meals, and will receive priority seats and discount throughout the stay. Private dining and entertaining at the lawn or the villa can also be arranged.
